The most advanced motion capture system in the Xsens portfolio—designed for high-precision motion analysis under real-world conditions. The newly designed eSuit combines lightweight, breathable 4D stretch fabrics with an optimized fit and practical shorts featuring secure pockets and zippers. Flexible hub mounting options allow for customization, while hot-swappable batteries and an integrated backup battery ensure uninterrupted recording.
With 17 one-click sensors, clearly marked slots, and integrated, washable cabling, setup is up to 40% faster than with the previous generation. Wi-Fi 6E ensures stable, low-latency data transmission—with just 20 milliseconds of latency and a sampling rate of up to 240 Hz, the system delivers precise real-time data, ideal for live applications and dynamic motion sequences. The rugged, portable design is engineered for both indoor and outdoor use.
When used in combination with Xsens Analyze, users benefit from advanced sensor fusion, gender-specific biomechanical models (Biomech 2.0), and an intuitive user interface for efficient workflows. This makes the Xsens Link the top choice for anyone who needs the highest data quality, speed, and flexibility in motion capture—ideal for sports, biomechanics, ergonomics, animation, gaming, and research.
Can be combined with MANUS Metagloves for additional, precise finger tracking in the same session.
The Xsens Link delivers precise, real-time full-body kinematics—the foundation for teleoperation, AI training, and humanoid robot simulation. Scientifically validated motion data ensures reliable AI/ML training, while open integration via ROS, Unity, and Unreal Engine makes it easy to integrate into existing robotics pipelines. The system is scalable without additional effort and ready for use in about 15 minutes—even under challenging capture conditions.

Compatible with ROS, Unity, Unreal Engine, and other frameworks—includes an SDK and full technical support.
No additional setup required; the system is ready for use in about 15 minutes—even in demanding environments.
01
An operator wearing the Xsens suit controls the robot’s movements in real time while capturing precise motion data.
02
During teleoperation, the robot collects sensor data to better understand its movements and surroundings.
03
Combined motion and sensor data are fed into the AI/ML training process and refine the robot’s motion patterns.
04
The robot performs learned movements with increasing autonomy—even under changing conditions.

More InformationThe Link with the new eSuit reduces setup time by up to 40% compared to the previous generation. The eSuit features fully integrated, washable cables and new one-click sensors that attach directly to the connectors integrated into the suit. This design simplifies setup, reduces errors, and gets you ready for motion capture in minutes.
Remove all sensors and the hub before washing. Place the suit and integrated cables in the washing bag provided. Use liquid detergent (without bleach) and select a gentle wash cycle at 30°C. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and high temperatures. Do not tumble dry or iron. Instead, lay the suit flat to dry so that it retains its shape and performance.
The connectors are designed for frequent assembly and disassembly and feature a secure one-click mechanism that ensures alignment and minimises wear over time.
Yes. The new hub design supports hot swapping of external batteries, allowing you to continue recording without interruption. An internal buffer battery keeps the system active during the change.
Yes. The hub is based on a future-proof hardware platform that is designed to support future functions and accessories as the system evolves.
Yes. The Xsens Link system can be built in a modular fashion, allowing upper and lower body movements to be captured independently. This flexibility allows users to tailor the configuration to their specific application or capture requirements.
Yes. The hub includes an internal battery that allows the system to operate without an external battery connected.
