These data protection provisions form the basis for the processing of personal data and provide information on what type of user data is collected by prophysics AG and how prophysics AG uses this data. This collected data does not contain any personal reference or is sufficiently anonymised so that no conclusions can be drawn about your person. prophysics AG does not automatically collect personal user data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. An exception to this is information that the user voluntarily transmits to prophysics AG by filling out website forms or contacting prophysics AG in any other way via the website, as well as for the purpose of carrying out a project or order.

Most browsers automatically accept such cookies, but browsers can be configured so that they do not accept or store cookies. Details on this can be found in the operating instructions or help function of the browser.
USE OF THE DATA
The anonymised data that is recorded by means of cookies when the prophysics AG website is accessed can be used for analysis purposes, to optimise the website and to measure performance. prophysics AG may use the following third-party providers for this purpose, some of which have their own data protection provisions over which prophysics AG has no influence: Google Analytics and Google Adwords Data that users submit of their own accord as users of the website may be used by Prophysics AG for the purpose of improving the website and providing individualised support to users. This includes sending information and offers or notifications relating to the product range or services. The prophysics AG newsletter will only be sent if the user authorises this.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA
Prophysics AG and any subsidiaries and branch companies in the group of companies may use personal data in accordance with these data protection provisions. Beyond this, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
This does not apply if the user has consented to the transfer of data to companies that are not affiliated with prophysics AG or if prophysics AG is obliged to do so by law, authority or court order.
